Can I get the rebate if I am not a member?
Unfortunately not. Your membership to our program is the only way we can track your savings. Your membership creates a unique identifier, and we used that to confirm your purchases from our partner stores. So, please register as our member first before you start your shopping from our partner stores. If you are a member already, please make sure you’ve logged in before you visit our partners’ site. 
 
Is it free to become a URebate member?
Yes, it is. 
 
What do I need to do to get the extra-rebate for all items?
It may be an old cliché, but it’s really as simple as clicking the link from our website to our partner store to purchase your items. Only URebate Members can earn the extra-rebate, register now to start earning rebates. 
 
How does the store know I am a member of URebate?
Once you click the link to our partner store from our website, we place our fingerprint on their sites (URebate members only). When you make a purchase, our partner store will verify URebate’s fingerprint and issue us your extra rebate check. 
 
How soon will I receive my check?
On average, your check will be sent out to you within four (4) to eight (8) weeks. However, it can be as early as two (2) to three (3) weeks.  

Is there a minimum before I start receiving checks?
Once you reach $10 in rebates, a check will be disbursed to you.

How would I know my rebate is confirmed?
Your purchase/order is confirmed by our partners in 24 hours and we will in turn email you confirmation.  For more information about your rebate, please send us an e-mail with your order details, we will give you a confirmation via e-mail within 48 hours. 
 
How is my rebate check delivered? Can I track it?
We issue rebate checks to our members by mail or by Paypal. You can track your check under the Account Manager section. A copy of the check is also available online if it is delivered by mail.
